2012 Black Mountain Annual Recognition Dinner

Black Mountain District is proud to host it's 2012 Annual Recognition Dinner on May 18th! We will be recognizing our District Award of Merit recipients as well as our Unit Volunteers of the Year! This year, we are supported by the San Raphael Knights of Columbus for our dinner and are excited to note that we have dropped the cost to just $15/person!

Attire: Semi-Formal or Scout Uniform

Cost: $15 per person

Nominate up to 3 individuals from YOUR unit to receive the Unit Volunteer of the Year Award! Recipients will be honored at the dinner and be presented with a certificate and a special UVOTY patch for Black Mountain District!

Cub Scout Day Camps

The mission of Black Mountain District Cub Scout Day Camp is to provide its members a safe, fun and valuable Cub Scouting experience by supporting the Cub Scout Program and living the Cub Scout Promise, The Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout Motto. Boys develop the necessary life skills to prepare for the challenges of Scouting and to help succeed in future endeavors while they and their families grow together in community spirit.

Day Camp: June 11-15(9am-3pm) - CURRENTLY FULL

Twilight Camp: July 23-27(1pm-7pm)

District Camporee - New Date!

The District Camporee now has a NEW date! It is scheduled for the weekend of August 24th-26th and will take place at Mataguay Scout Ranch!
